 WINTERFEST is not just a scrap booking retreat hosted in January.

 It’s a weekend get-a-way for all those who love to crop or just... get away with the girls!!!  It’s a long weekend with no stress, no kids, only Sun, Fun, Sand Photos and adhesives!  Who wouldn't love that?!  Don't look for excuses to avoid relaxing!  Ask dads to watch the kids and give moms a break!  Wrap yourself in memories for a weekend - a be good to yourself treat! Put this weekend on your Christmas or birthday list and plan to Crop 'til you Drop!  This will be a great opportunity to get those Christmas pages done, get caught up from the year or just plain get caught up with your girls!  bring a friend even if they only want to share your room and shop not crop!

Thursday-   AFTER 6:00 P.M. check in available, see your referring consultant for additional information and costs.  We are still setting up at this point, so you are really on your own for the evening.

Friday- 

Drop in and begin cropping anytime, although sleeping rooms will not be available for check in until 4:00p.m. Unpack your things and set up to leave in secured room until Monday at check out!  Shop our store which opens at noon!  A full list of products for your every need. Announcements begin at 6:00 p.m.  Dinner catered at 7:30.

Saturday -

Breakfast served near crop room or also on your own at restaurant on-site. Plus coffee /microwave /fridge in your double accommodations!  A fun, festival of a day w/prizes and surprises and lunch is included on-site so there is no hitch in your Getalong and Getting it Done’!  Do you have the stamina to go 24hrs?  Get comfy in your jammies and keep on croppin’!  Plan for dinner on your own Saturday night whether you bag it, have it brought in or break away to area restaurants.  On-Site Reflections (TOP NOTCH!) will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Sunday -

If you are still standing (or able to sit!) saunter on down following your  breakfast then break your own personal record for speed cropping! Check out of rooms at 11:00 a.m. unless you are staying thru Monday, check out of crop room at 12:00 noon on Monday.

There will be a MASSAGE THERAPIST  in a quiet room, must choose your appointment time at on-site check in.

Monday -

Well, for those who just have by this time worn us all out!  This option is for you die hards! There will be a package available to stay Sunday night as well.  Check out of hotel and cropping room is Monday at 11:00 .am.  The consultants will be long gone having spent 5 days already, good luck!

HOTEL AMMENITIES: 

There's an indoor pool to help relax you after a long day of cropping + hot tub (yay!)!  For those health nuts, there’s an exercise room to help keep you motivated.  A game room to give you a break for a few moments.  Snacks and drinks (included) all day will keep you energized!
